Capstone Dental Lab is the realization of a dream decades in the making. Our founder and lead technician has dedicated 38 years to the art and science of dental laboratory work — mastering every restoration type, refining every technique, and developing an unwavering commitment to quality.

Opening Capstone was his opportunity to do things right: no shortcuts, no compromises, just exceptional work every time.

Running alongside Roland is his wife and co-owner Christine, who brings 38 years of financial and operational expertise to the business. Together, they’ve built a lab that is as well-managed as it is technically skilled — so dental offices can count on us not just for quality work, but for clear communication, accurate billing, and dependable turnaround.

Our team is the heart of Capstone. Many of us have worked together for over 25 years, across this lab and others before it. That shared history means we operate like a true team — collaborating, holding each other to high standards, and caring deeply about the cases we produce.
